Artist in residence, Miyazaki ~ Afterwards

I have returned from Miyazaki.

It has been a while since I returned from the artist-in-residence program at SAKURA Villa. During the 1700-kilometer journey, I was able to spend wonderful days by fully absorbing the power of various places, to the extent of experiencing “Miyazaki withdrawal.” I express my gratitude to SAKURA Villa, which provided a wonderful environment, everyone in Aoshima who treated me kindly, and everyone else who was involved. The footage during my stay will be streamed on Instagram in the future.

Support for Artists

Until the end of June, you can purchase Ellie Shusen’s works and goods on the EC site of @sakura.villa, which plans and operates artist-in-residence programs. It will be used as activity support money for artists, including travel expenses and accommodation expenses for this trip.
