I designed a TAIYAKI
In February 2023, the café “Taiyaki SAKURA” opened in Shukugawara.
The new owner has a connection with the Miyazaki Artist in Residence, and I was also in charge of the taiyaki design this time. The mold for the original illustration is also completed! The chewy taiyaki baked with rice flour and special bean paste has a new texture.
We would be happy if you could enjoy the body-friendly rice flour taiyaki and our particular roasted coffee. (There is also an eat-in space)
At this cafe, which is being developed as a gallery cafe, we are exhibiting and selling small works by Ellie Shusen, which are related to goldfish and cherry blossoms, to commemorate the opening. (Scheduled to 4/30)
